Republic day is on 28th jan !!!!!!!!

It is official Prime minister`s site, and look just below the image placed in the event section, which says,

The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh inspecting the Guard of Honour at the 59th Republic Day Rally of NCC Cadets, in New Delhi on January 28, 2008.

I think if, some social groups can ask Sania or other players and persons for manhandling our national flag, then why can`t our Ministry for this mistake,

Anyways these are political issues and we (common persons) are not involved in this blame game, the only thing i want is it must be corrected as soon as possible. I made a search for email id or contact number, but of no use.
So if some one can communicate this to concerned department, i would be thankful.
